Ghost Wear LLC, which is powered by shopify.com, uses secure processing called SSL Encryption Technology, which is the industry standard. SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is a protocol developed for the transmission of private information over the Internet. SSL uses a private key to encrypt your data, including your credit card information so that it cannot be read while being transferred over the Internet.
Privacy Policy :
Ghost Wear LLC respects our customers' account information as private and confidential information and will never share this with any outside afflictions or individuals. Your information is secured and encrypted with the SSL Software. WE NEVER SEE YOUR PERSONAL CREDIT CARD INFORMATION, we only see your shipping address and name, and your payment is captured by Shopify Payments.
Sales Tax :
A sales tax of 7.5% is charged to all orders placed within California.
Returns/Exchanges :
Due to the business model being primarily pre-orders and made-to-order, we do not accept exchanges nor returns. All purchased items may not be refunded and all sales are made final.
Shipping :
Pre-order & made to order items will ship once stock becomes available. The estimated delivery date will be listed in the product description of the item. You will receive an email with tracking once it’s been shipped. Pre-order shipping dates are subject to delays.
Product Availability :
During made-to-order drops, the site will be up for a certain period of time and once the site is closed, all sales are final. From there, we take the amount of pieces needed to be made and place them into production. We do this to play our part in creating an eco-friendly production process by only producing the exact amount of which was ordered.
